A cat found burned and abused is being cared for after a woman called for help after seeing someone set the cat on fire.

A stray dog is recovering after witnesses said she was kicked and attacked by a group of children in Middletown.

A Middletown woman has founded a non-profit animal rescue bearing the dog’s name.
